Typically, leasing at Jack’s Mill follows a few simple steps:

1) Submit a request for more information. Congrats! You’re already on the way to finding your happy place!
2) A team member will reach out to you directly to schedule a tour and share more details about Jack’s Mill.
3) After your tour, we’ll share our application form. Once we receive it back from you, your application will be reviewed by the Jack’s Mill management team for 2-3 business days.
4) Once you’re approved, we will sign the lease agreement, and your first month, last month, and security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) will be due.
5) Finally, we will ensure you are set up in the Jack’s Mill systems.
